Major (Retd) Hanif, after serving almost two decades in the army, moved to United Kingdom to pursue his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to this, he graduated from prestigious Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) and he is also a graduate of Centre of Excellence for Stability Police Units (COESPU) from Italy. He completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from the largest management body in UK – the “Chartered Management Institute (CMI)”; he achieved the ultimate accolade in management by becoming the Chartered Manager (CMgr) and was awarded status of a Fellow of Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) & Fellow of Institute of Managers & Leaders (FILM) Australia & New Zealand.
A published writer, coupled with business acumen and practical experience, gained during his decade long stay in UK, he extensively interacted with immigrants from various countries. He noted their problems firsthand where immigration agents and lawyers are providing unqualified advice whilst charging them a huge sum of money. Along with his fellow director Ms Gisella Ali he conceived the idea of establishing an Education & Immigration Consultancy with the name “Visa-2-Land” to provide a reliable and fair advice to all immigrants at an affordable price especially to the people of Pakistan, China, India, UAE, Singapore, Japan, Bangladesh, Iran, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Malaysia.
He is responsible for the overall steering of Visa 2 Land in the right direction within the code of ethics and guidelines provided by MARA to ensure everyone receives a fair immigration advice within the Australian visa & immigration legislative framework.

Gisella Ali – Director

Gisella, holder of a Master’s degree in Bio-Technology, Bachelors in Microbiology, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and Australian Immigration Law and Practice (distinction) – Victoria University of Technology (Melbourne Australia) – she is an experienced licensed immigration practitioner, registered with the office of MARA Australia.
Her past experiences of managing process and fine-tuning the plans included preparation of high-level qualitative reports within intellectual property division and DNA Analysis Case Management for the Department of Immigration & Border Protection, Human Services, Legal Aid and VIC/NSW/QLD Police Force.
Starting her career with Microsoft, followed by leading a team at M2 Telecom Melbourne, case management at Genetic Technologies and Australian statutory government body VicRoads – she is known for her strong client-service orientation and tackling complex visa cases.
Specialist in General skilled migration, Business visas, Skills assessments, State Nominations, Regional Sponsorship, Complex Family, Tourist & Student– she is a legal immigration adviser with a spontaneity towards a diverse group of people from all walks of life. She is driven by one simple approach – Act responsibly, work passionately and offer full integrity!

Priya (Education Consular & Office Admin)

Priya holds a degree in business management completed from NZQA, Auckland New Zealand. She comes with over decade long experience and prides herself on providing high-level case management support, making the process easier for the clients. Prior to joining Visa 2 Land, Priya
worked as education counsellor, developed policies to improve the client relationship and meeting ultimate goals. She has a stronghold on the student visa process, family visas, skilled migration and visitor visas.

Danish Khan (IT Manager)

Danish Khan is a professional IT manager with good experience. He is highly creative and multi talented Graphic Designer who has positive attitude for learning. He Runs regular checks on network and data security to keep visa2land web & social media pages working smoothly. A mature & seasoned sole with dedication and hard working approach. A versatile IT Manager with excellent team management skills.
